Family and parenting coach Stephanie Dawson-Cosser says parents can pick up signs of anxiety by spending more time with their children.

She says anxiety is an internal monitor which guides individuals in order to keep them safe.
Dawson-Cosser explains that parents need to model healthy attitudes and behaviours for their children.
