The Centre for Development and Enterprise has released its latest publication on unemployment in South Africa.

The report analyses the depth of the crisis, what causes it and sets out a series of proposals that could help in curbing the problem.

Unemployment is at 10,3-million and rising, this is really a catastrophic situation.
