We chat to Rawson's property expert Craig Mott as he discusses why 2021 is the year to invest in property (if you're able to).
In January 2021, the South African Reserve Bank (Sarb) announced the repo rate will remain unchanged.
"South African Reserve Bank (Sarb) Governor Lesetja Kganyago has announced that the repo rate will remain unchanged at 3.5%. In November 2020 the bank also announced that it would make no changes to the repo rate."
