Comedian Nina Hastie talks of her history with depression during pandemic
Nina Hastie is responsible for making many South Africans hunch over in laughter but she’s so much more than that.
From comedian, writer, actor, TV/radio personality to her new project that she started last year at the beginning of lockdown.
She launched her “Otherwise, You Well?” shows on Instagram with her behavioural therapist and anxiety specialist to open up public sessions about mental health for people who couldn’t afford treatment.
With her own personal experience with mental health, Nina became an advocate for mental health for men and women alike
