Dis-Chem's Million Comforts delivers sanitary pads to Soneike High School
The Dis-Chem Foundation aims to keep girls with no access to sanitary pads in school through their Million Comforts campaign.
Girls between the ages of 12 and 18 can lose up to a fifth of their high school education when menstruating because they simply cannot afford feminine hygiene products.
Kfm 94.5 together with Dis-Chem Foundation’s Million Comforts and in partnership with the Imbumba Foundation’s Caring4Girls programme have come together to deliver sanitary pads to the underprivileged school girls of Soneike High School in Kuilsriver.
